At Over roundabout where the A40 meets the A417, take the right exit towards the City Centre and continue over a bridge into a complex traffic island. Take the route signed for The Docks through this junction.

Go past Gloucester Prison on the left with the River Severn on your right. Follow the road around an island with buildings in the centre and continue straight across two traffic light junctions. At the next traffic light junction Toys R Us is on the right hand side. Continue along the Bristol Road over 2 more sets of traffic lights. Pass the sawmills on the right hand side and go over a disused rail bridge. Turn first left, passing in front of Avon Metals and the HGV Test Centre. Bear right and Building Solutions is on the right hand side.
